Whether you are joining us for one of our group journeys, traveling with family or friends, celebrating something special, or simply getting away for a few days, I know there are plenty of places you could have trusted with your trip.
I do not take it lightly that you chose us.
Travel asks a lot from you before you ever leave home. There is the money you invest, the time you set aside, the plans you make, and the expectations you carry with you.
Somewhere in all of that is the hope that when the trip finally arrives, it will have been worth it. That is where Beyond Travel comes in.

About Beyond Travel
Beyond Travel plans travel, but the work has always been about people.
Every journey has a reason behind it. It may be a celebration, time with family, a dream destination, a personal milestone, or simply time away from everyday life.
Our role is to provide thoughtful recommendations, manage details, communicate clearly, and make the travel process easier.

Three Core Client Principles guide how our team works behind the scenes and how decisions are made.
Your vacation is an investment of money, time, trust, expectation, and memory. We look beyond the lowest price to consider quality, location, service, convenience, flexibility, and how well an option fits the experience you want. We respect your budget, explain your choices, and guide you toward decisions you can make with confidence.
You are more than a reservation number. There is a person, purpose, and story behind every trip we manage. Our communication, recommendations, and support should reflect that. Professional service should still feel human—and you should feel known, respected, and cared for.
Travel has many moving parts. Names, dates, payments, flights, documents, transfers, room categories, special requests, and deadlines all matter. We manage the details entrusted to us with care, accuracy, and follow-through because attention to detail is part of taking care of people.

Devone leads Beyond Travel, oversees the experiences we create, and remains closely involved in how travelers are supported.
Groups Coordinator
Nancy helps manage the details behind group experiences and helps travelers understand what is coming next.

Trevor helps ensure travelers receive important information clearly and at the right time.

Travel involves airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, weather, government requirements, and many other pieces outside any travel advisor’s direct control.
What we can control is how prepared we are, how clearly we communicate, and how seriously we support you.

Beyond VIP is our complimentary recognition program for returning travelers. After three completed Beyond Travel bookings, travelers become eligible to enter the Beyond VIP community.
There is no membership fee and nothing to purchase. It is simply one way we recognize travelers who continue allowing us to be part of their stories.
